You hunt with a bow but your against responsible people hunting with a hunting rifle/shotgun? Honestly I’ve never shot a deer with a gun but started bow hunting at 15 before it was popular and used to enjoy it but I wouldn’t tell people that’s the only way you should be allowed to hunt. We have seasons for each of the different methods be it rifle, bow, shotgun or black powder. Bow season is 3 months long with the others limited to a week or two. And again just to clarify I’m from Ontario Canada. The States will need to start slowly to accomplish anything resembling gun reform or it’s a non starter and as stated “Fuck the NRA”.

ohhhhh, i didnt realize life is a disney movie. Theres laws to protect you and the police will rush to your aid with swiftness. The bad guys will be caught like a scooby doo cartoon just in time before any crimes are committed? also just buy all your food at the store, factory farming rocks! no problems there. You quite obviously dont live in a rural area, sounds like youre closer to fantasy land lol i wish i was this ignorant life would be so much better

I think to me guns in America is basically some weird general feeling of a collective society should never really feel that safe and comfortable and riding the line of being ok with that. Because it is impossible to stop crazy, so screw it and try to isolate away from us. Unfortunately this also hurts the most vulnerable in our societies.

I don't know, it might sound weird, but I think that is around the idea of how I view life in America. Or at least one random Sunday afternoon brain fart.

Triggered bitch, I live near Stonehenge, people have been hunting since the Palaeolithic, the Neolithic colonists introduced agriculture to my area in 4000 BCE. We have now progressed from hunting to agriculture. The transition from Mesolithic to Neolithic confirms this. You can’t get much more ancient and rural than that imo
