Mapito is the name....I have Pineapple Express grow posted around here that was done in 2 gal Hempy buckets of Mapito...

Mapito, Has anybody used it?

I've found a couple of sources in the US but have heard reports that some of it is of low quality. I would like to try it out, I saw a thread from a Canadian grower with a side by side trial with soil and the Mapito bush ended up twice as big and healthier.

So its a hempy dwc system, tried it already, far too many variables to go wrong, pump failing lines clogging, annoying noise of pumps/s unlike standard hempy, water, leave it, water, harvest, jobs a good un.

it's funny, after years of Hempy's I went on to DWC for 3 months and even bought a chiller. All I can say is I can screw up some carpet real fast and I can grow slime faster than anybody I know. I pulled out the old hempy buckets and boom, I'm killin it again. I was sure proud of that chiller though. I learned a lot in 3 months but chose to go with less worry and guaranteed results of Hempy's for this winters grow.

I got slime too even using silver bullet, which is meant to prevent and cure pythium, not in my case though, i'm using 8 hempies atm alongside 3 x 22 litre fabric pots.

I installed it on my aquarium, fish and shrimp are happy so keeping it around.
