Help! Leaves curling

Let me start by saying, I have no experience with Leaf Septoria.

That being said, it is possible with the high humidity levels you were dealing with until you got your exhaust fan installed.

Certainly cant hurt to remove the affected leaves, your still in veg, so you will get plenty more leaves popping out.

I would also get some kind of neem oil or fungicide to spray the plant as a preventative measure so it doesn't spread.

This is also a nice article that will point you in the right direction. Leaf Septoria

I don't use the fan in Veg, I turn it on when I start going into bloom. But, it is only my second grow.... So I may be doing it wrong. But, in Veg they do need more humidity. You could spray them if you need more humidity in the tent

I run my exhaust fan 24/7 (personal preference, I have seen people run intermittently as well). The way I look at it, plants need fresh air to breath all the time, not just the smell removed!

Neem is great. I used it on these plants, there was something in the soil. Neem took care of it. I used it at night before right before the lights were due to go out, then I shut off the fan too. Turned the fan back on in the AM....

Makes sense..... My problem is humidity in the summer(high), and humidity in the winter (low)...

I have the same issues, i just turn the fan up a little in the summer, and run an humidifier in the winter. Some of the nicer humidifiers out now have humidistats and will keep your tent at a constant RH. Only $40 on amazon too!
