Upgrading time! Need advice on lights!

Hey guys im currently running an HLG 600h in a 6x6x6 grow tent. I am going to order another 4x4x6 basic grow tent kit then replace the light for a veg tent. Then ill be using my 6x6x6 tent for a flowering room. My question is: is 1000w quantam board too much or too little to flower the 6x6x6? And is my 600w hlg too much or too little to veg the 4x4x6? Any and all answers are appreciated very much! Thanks!

If it were me I would look at multiple lights for your flower space so you could have more versatility. For your 600, I run a 600 rspec in a 4x4 and it is set to 50% at 28" to veg. It is great coverage for that space , you just need to dim it down for vegging.
