Is this LED light sufficient enough?

Hi, I’m new to growing and also new to this forum.
My question now is if this LED grow light is sufficient enough to grow one autoflower, it’s supposedly rated at 45w but I doubt it since it has a usb connector.
Looking forward to replies, thanks!
You can use that as lighting in the room at night when it's time to unwind.
Do you have a grow tent to grow in? or a closet?
Do you have a set budget for a decent light set up?
Do you have anything else you plan on using for the grow environment?

Well, I’m growing it by the window sill, and just use the LED as extra artificial lighting. I’m not expecting huge amounts of bud, just some decent buds to get me by until spring

If that's all you have to work with then place them the opposite side of the window (back of the plant) and get them pretty close to the new growth on the back side. Is it too cold there to have it outside in the sun?

First off welcome to Riu and if you can get some more pictures would be great if you can seen a lot of good window grows and like hydrokid said you can use them but you would need more light if you are going to be in side as always thank you for your time and the best of luck in all of your endeavors

You can use an app on your phone like Lux Light Meter app to get a good idea of the intensity of the light, especially if you are using sunlight through the window and white-ish artificial lights. It uses the light sensor on your phone (most smart phones have them anymore).

(I know, I know, ppfd par meter is really the way to do it, but this can give a good idea of what you've got to work with)

For seed/clone you want around 10000 lux, veg you want lux at least over 15000 and up to 50000. For bloom you want 50000 or higher to get nice nugs.

Good luck!

unfortunately it’s freezing outside, we‘ve got no snow yet, but it’s coming. Alternately I’ve got a cfl equivalent to 125w if that’s any better

So I checked the lux around my 125w equivalent cfl and my plant is getting around 81.000 lux. So I reckon that being pretty good :)

Generally speaking 75000+ is too much light. Just a heads up.

What stage of growth are they in?

I highly doubt 81000 lux is an accurate measurement from a 125 equivalent cfl. The CFL prob produces less than 5000 to 10000 lumens. Lux is lumens per square meter. So, it would be physically impossible for the cfl to give you that. Maybe the app doesnt work well with the light sensor on your phone. 81000 would be the intensity of sunlight when coming through a slightly hazy atmosphere, not full direct sunlight. Maybe direct sunlight coming through a window would be about that range. You would see 81000 lux with a 1000w HID lamp or high power LED.

Maybe the OP meant 81? lol
Well...I feel your sarc, but just to put it in perspective for the OP, 81 lux is very dim, like a room lit by a night light. My workspace is brightly lit (for a shop workspace) at 800 lux. My mothers are vegging (not super fast) at 20000 to 25000 lux across the canopy.
