Is this LED light sufficient enough?

Likely 8500lux, which is great for a seedling.
Light is your limiting factor.
When you think about smoking in Spring, ask yourself if stronger bud and more of it is worth say $200. The lights are good for many grows.

Ya won't get enough bud to last a day with that light never mind till spring
 
Thought I’d post a new pic along with my grow all together. At this distance the lux meter reads about 20.000 lux, it’s the 12w 6500k cfl equivalent to 125w will this at least get me through veg? Or am I better of putting this seedling by the window..?

I bought a HLG QB 135 cost me £200, that veg space is 60cm x 90cm flower 60cm X 60cm, if I started again I would buy straight from Alibaba kingbrite or Meiji, do yourself a favour buy a 240 watt quantum board, you could get a 120 or so watts but if you are serious buy a light, the light you have at the moment won't do squat, and unless your near Australia or equator it's winter, putting something in the window, well good luck with that. You could also buy spider farmer mars hydro and a few others.

The 135 would be my suggestion too, or a knockoff.

So i decided to order a better bulb, should I go for a 150 Watt HPS bulb,
Or should i go with a 150 Watt MH instead for the whole growing cycle?
