I think he may have worked out its me but i guess i can look at the funny side, bearing in mind he seemed to think someone has a big grow set up, is that if he reports to police and they did happen to visit they wud be very dissapointed.

As much as I know in UK you will be fined for possession of small amounts of weed. I don't now about growing, though.
You better check cannabis laws as medical is legal now in UK, but is not regulated yet. At least last summer it wasn't.

You may get a cannabis warning in the UK. Same as if you had an 8th on you. What they going to do? Charge you with possession with intent to supply?
In the UK the police don't really even give a fuck anyway and acknowledge that it's a waste of their time and resources. Don't sell weed to kids and don't get involved with coke and they'll leave you alone.
1-4 plants personal ---- Cannabis warning.
5-9 won't see court ---- Caution for possession with intent to supply. If there is a lot of bud anyway, which there ain't here.
10 or more and they will try and get you in court, but even then fuck all happens which is why nobody stops growing. At worst you may have visa problems entering another country.
In fact they are so slack here that it makes me really not give a fuck about the law. Don't even worry about it one bit. I run four 4ftx4ft tents, a 1m x 1m tent and a 3ft x3ft tent, also a little veg tent. I just don't care one bit tbh.
Look at it on the bright side. If a team of coppers kick your door down for those plants their sergeant is going to royally fucked with their intelligence
I doubt they would ever get a 2nd warrant for you anyway after that

I had loft insulation fitted recently, so left my grow going and went with a good old fashioned cash + weed bribe, a case of beer. The guy was over the moon!
They go to brothels, cannabis grows, sex toys left on pillows... all sorts. Just don't even let it bother you one bit.
I know this dude that bought a 3 bed house. Grew it in, paid off the mortgage, then bought a 2nd house. Got busted. Carried on growing anyway. Got busted again. He was allowed to keep £20,000 in his account. They took fuck all off him and he kept his nice car and everything. He got community service. I laugh in the face of the weed laws here We all should!

im now down to 4 plants as ive got the wee one drying haha. some good stuff uve told me here thanks for the genuine reply. I think half the trouble is being around ppl who appear anti but watch them change wen its legalised lol.
Just glad I'm in the UK. Those American police don't fuck around!!

just get you a proper setup and really work on masking the smell. EXHAUST FAN WITH CARBON FILTER EXHAUSTING OUTSIDE. ONA GEL IN CUPS AROUND THE HOUSE. I GROW IN AN APARTMENT AND I EVEN WENT AS FAR AS PUTTING A EXHAUST AND CARBON FILTER JUST FOR THE ROOM THAT MY TENTS ARE IN

After looking at your plants i just wana ask - why dont you just get a tent and grow the same amount of plants but get a proper yield?
You can get in trouble growing. may as well max out your yield to make it worth the trouble.
its not much more effort and a tent with a filter hides the smell too.

its the lights that are a problem. my electrics are tempermental. Im too scared incase theres a fire, insurance wont cover me for cannabis growing

Honestly I wonder, you came here concerned about getting in trouble but only seem to want to be made to feel better without loosing your plants. There is no way I would risk getting a criminal record for cultivating over such a tiny amount of pot. It will likely lead to nothing but there is a possibility that you could get screwed for it. I sympathize with non legal folks, I really do, but if that one in a million chance happens wont you feel a bit foolish since you saw it coming and did nothing? The police and judge would likely just laugh at what you have going on but they might not. It is really up to you, if you are going to bother growing you might as well get a tent as others suggested. A plant is a plant in the eyes of the law, if you going to chance legal issues you might as well grow good plants. That said for the amount you say you smoke growing seems like overkill. Good luck, if you do decide to keep them I hope it all works out for you.

It's not the fine, it's the record. Have that criminal conviction on your record and they may not let you into Canada, USA or other places. It could also hurt employment. It's a moronic archaic set of laws but the consequences can still be bad even if you just get a fine. To each their own though, each person needs to decide if the risk is worth the reward. I just hope the OP doesn't get into trouble, in 2020 there should be no such thing as a pot conviction.

i can only come to places like this for advice, i cant ring up the police can i? lol and yes i feel better about some of the information i have had today. Its not overkill as look at them! i knew thats all i was gonna get and thats all i need. I just cant see myself getting screwed as much as if i had a tent- would deffo get done for intent to supply then plus rather overkill for personal use dont u think?
