Live In Michigan, frost is due in 4 days, are theses girls ready to harvest? I do not have a microscopic device, plz help, thank you

Frost doesn't kill adult plants
Hang in there after first couple frost at least those plants are way behind

Running out of nitrogen and eating it's own leaves
normal this late

How long ago did that begin?

For how long out you are you may want to give a bit of nitrogen to help it out.
