Little young for topping for me I would wait another 10 days or so just my personal opinion.

i want to try and keep it low and let the other heads catch up for a more even canopy for maybe some sort of scrogging ? what would you recommend ?

Looks ready to top to me. I don't even cut anything to top. Bending the newest top growth back and forth a little will break it off and top it. No scissors or cutting needed. Here's the result from some topping I did on my last grow.

I love to hear that! I'm truly a beginner myself and always looking to improve and learn. Going to be starting a new run very soon. I'll be running the same equipment at least for now. Think I might use up the autoflower stock for now and then I want to run some Bodhi regulars after that. That's the plan anyways! Good luck brother

I reckon it's personal preference and as @go go kid stated, what you hope to achieve. I go
by node count, starting at first multi-fingered leaf, topping above 4 and removing under
three or above 5 and removing under 4. Organic soil auto grower.

So I topped here 2 days ago but that's all I done should I take of the leaves that are covering the new heads coomin up they are fully covering them

You dont need to pull the leaves. The new tops will be growing from a 90° to where the leaves are. They won't be blocked by the 2 top leaves very much, if at all.

Topping a plant is a touchy subject.
If you are limited with height restrictions, then topping is a viable option, but I use LST.
If you think your going too get more bud by topping, that's not really the case, you will simply reduce 1 main cola into 2/4 smaller ones.
Everytime you top a plant you reduce finish time by a week.
If you do top, wait until the plant has 7 nodes

So the reason I chose to top was to keep them all the same height and I will be limited with height due to the fact they will b in a tent with 2 metres height and I don't want to run into problems with light getting too close I do eventually wan to set some type of scrog in the future so I'm aiming to try and keep that canopy even as possible am i doing it wrong ? i m not too fussed on the finish time as this is my first time and I understand I'm gonna probably make mistakes I would've topped earlier but I ran into heat stress problems and learned i had been over watering do they look healthy?

Plants look perfectly fine. Just remember, with pot (and likely most things in life) less is more. Your better to under water and under feed, than to over do either.
If your unsure about watering, stick your finger litterally as deep into the soil as you can (i go down to the knuckle). If you can feel moisture, give it another day or 2 before watering again. If your in a smaller pot, obviously you dont need to jam your finger down to the bottom, but my point being, you want to be sure it actually in need of water. You can also use the weight of the pot as an indicator of how much moisture is retained in the soil.
As for topping vs LST... its personal preference really. Toppling gives more uniformity to the growth than LSTing does. Unless your growing auto flower plants which can't afford to lose a week or 2 of growth, either/or work wonderfully. I use both in conjunction also with SCROG (which is just another form of LST really) in order to keep my plants low/wide.

Nah man they are regular might try autos next the plastic pots are xlnt and the fabric are alien blues

Is it ok too transplant from soil too coco ive noticed much better growth from coco and wondering if its algud to trandplant ?
