Water usage per 4 x 4 per day. How much?

I'm trying to research a little bit how much water your plants consume per day per 4 x 4.
I'm doing some calculations for reservoirs and for a dehumidifier.
So I am very curious about the experiences of growers here of how much water is consumed when the plants are at their peak of evaporation.

Depending on #/ size, I'd plan 2 gallons per plant at least to be on the safe side.
Hempy buckets (drain to waste)
@ peak = 1.5-2.0 gallons per day on average for these...

Evaporative losses can make a big difference. So the type of setup used will dictate, to a larger degree, how much water you will pump into the air.

When I ran flood and drain I noticed that each light (4x4) drank about 5 gallons a day. Thats what I had to add back to the reservoir to maintain. Of course the flood and drain system has high evaporative losses. That was the last time I ran for any period without a float top off. I can say that a lot of evaporative losses had the be happening because with my top feed soiless trees I am only giving say 2 gallons a day for a 4x4. lol

Seems there are 3 of those on 4 x 4?
So about 4.5 to 6 gallons a day at peak?

I assume this is not only evaporation that took place through the leaves, but also evaporation of the water in the open tray?

That is not a lot on 4 x 4!

nah a bit bigger just saying for reference. I run rdwc. 6x 17 gallon totes. probably a 4x8 canopy usually.
mostly plants drinking. I run 80-82F under LEDs and usually around 70% humidity until toward the end. Usually run a heater and evaporative humidifier to keep them both up.
Flower system sits around 60 gallons and has nearly unnoticeable evaporative loss over a week while the humidifier is going.
Through the first half of flower they pretty regularly drink down my 55 gallon auto top off barrel.

So what do you think they will drink at the peak on a 4 x 4 per day?

i think i use around 30 galls a week or something around, canopy is filling a 5x5 area so its going up just about everyday in water consumption

I have seen 1m2, fully scrogged, Flood'n'drain, drink 40L in a week. But I am still learning and my results are often lower, maybe 20L a week for 1m2 (3" x 3").

If you would compare this to a 4 x 4 then it would be 40 liter x 1.44 = almost 58 liter.
58 liter divided by 7 days = around 8.3 liters per day. 2.2 gallons per day.

5 plants in soil/coco in a 4 x 4 and I get through around 20ltrs every 3rd day

5 weeks in flower by the way

So that is about 7 liters (or little less then 2 gallons) per day.
Curious what they will do at their peak.
Thanks!
They could be heading to 5ltrs every 3 days as I'm getting very little to no run off with 4ltrs
