I’d go with 1 Teaspoon per gallon, in that case, you could also mist at a slightly stronger dose for quicker recovery but wouldn’t recommend doing if you’re already in flower

Do yourself a favor...if you're in coco, add a little Epsom each and every time you feed. I use 1 gram per gallon, from day 1 to chop. CalMag, is adding N and Ca, which, if you don't need it, there's no need to feed it. Not to mention Epsom can be bought at any grocery, pharmacy or big box store....CalMag certainly can't.

Epsom salts dirt cheap but it's such a pain in the ass
Why? Mixing it? I just use a stirring plate to mix it for me while I do other stuff. I like to run 1.5 grams per gallon with my setup, I mix 30 gallons at a time so I toss a couple pints of water in a mason jar with 45 grams of epsom salt, set it on the stirring plate for a few minutes and it's mixed. With the lid on flip the jar and the stirring magnet sticks to the lid and I remove the lid and dump into my mix tank then add other nutes.

Sometimes your water has plenty of calcium but you need more magnesium, in this case calmag would be bad but epsom is good.

Sounds like something out of "Breaking Bad".

The mixing plate is pretty cool. I bought one, and I'm actually using it right now to brew up a little easy guano tea to feed the houseplants. When I add epsom salt, I just use warm water in a Mason jar, and shake t up a few times until it dissolves.
