If Biden did say something stupid, make sure you get a longer clip of it than whatever is being pushed in social media, because it is likely out of context combined with a moment he is stuttering. But he is a old white guy, so you never know.

But I am curious though, why would saying 'African Americans are all the same' be a bad thing unless it was being used in the context of it being a bad thing? They all are human beings. Is it just that he said something about African Americans?

That Biden is talking about how diverse the latino communities are (Cuban, Mexican, places like Chicago being very different than somewhere in Texas and rural areas) versus the way America has worked to keep Black communities mainly into our cities in the north when they moved up here mostly after WW2.

Because by 'latino' can mean anything, from a person who has lived for generations (far longer than any white person) in a place like Texas, to someone born in Cuba that moved to Florida, to a Mexican migrant farmer picking potatoes in Michigan, from someone living in the city, to a half Mexican kid growing up in rural community that is able to blend in as white. Vastly different languages, etc.
I have a better question for you, how is it not racist to think that what Biden said is racist?
