Who's getting paid? I'm not.

Unfortunately, money is always part of the exchange, but in my case, nope.

Just tired of the propaganda (just watch CNN for awhile, you'll get the idea) and lies.

Good point , I think that’s a huge problem in the modems day things can be boiled down to second long clips that can be totally out of context, and say if you played the next 10 seconds of a clip it could seem to paint a totally different picture...and when the deep fakes get so good you can’t tell, it’s scary

Many people nowadays allow their lives to be guided by memes and out-of-context 10 second Youtube videos.

There's no more critical thinking, people's attention spans have been reduced to if it doesn't fit on a meme they don't read it (perhaps they can't), and they are so brainwashed they continue to slowly poison themselves into obscurity and embarrassment.

That’s the thing, and I may be wrong but I feel like both sides have good ideas in different areas if only we could somehow get out of this team mentality and tie them together, we are all in this together after all

But there also is that old saying that once you've shared your opinion, and it seems largely disregarded, there is no longer need for public discussion. I think most of the folks here are probably leaning to the Left, and hey, that's fine.

Trying to continue a discussion with folks that have no obvious desire to look at the reality of a situation does nothing but waste both My time and yours.
