Thanks. I’m growing in 5 gallon pots and my plants are decent size. They are about 4’ off the ground, including the pot.If you have a tiny plant in 10 gallons of soil, you won't need to add extra nutes. But, if you have bigger plants, they will eat a lot more and need supplementation earlier.
Also, if you get a lot of runoff when you water, you're leaching out the nutes, so you'll need to add them sooner.
I usually say it's good for a few weeks without anything, but like I said it depends on plant and pot size.
Ouch, your plants are burnt and starving! You have a lockout. I grow in hydro so I can't help you find it.Thanks. I’m growing in 5 gallon pots and my plants are decent size. They are about 4’ off the ground, including the pot.
I was pretty much following his final Earth Juice formula. But I started giving plain water too early. Earth juice makes some tasty buds. I turned it into no-till and am trying to just use dry amendments and water only now. We’re you dosing at full strength?
I think you're right. After reading closer, it sounds like he was using something else besides just cal-mag earlier. I thought he said all he'd given was cal-mag.Ouch, your plants are burnt and starving! You have a lockout. I grow in hydro so I can't help you find it.
1/2 dose Big bloom & tiger bloom, quarter dose grow big, every other watering.I think you're right. After reading closer, it sounds like he was using something else besides just cal-mag earlier. I thought he said all he'd given was cal-mag.
What have you actually fed them @Petziecola ?

So am I, what a coincidence.I’m a chic
Did it get worse when you switched to just cal-mag? How much were you giving? You could be locking stuff out. Or that plant just wants more food.1/2 dose Big bloom & tiger bloom, quarter dose grow big, every other watering.
OF does not have enough nutrients to last an entire grow. I'm not a soil grower but search on it you'll see lots of people have to supplement. Next why did you stop feeding and how did it look prior to stopping? If she looked better than start feeding her again. If you stopped feeding her because she was starting to go this way give her water. I hesitate to recommend flushing to clear excess nutrient to a soil grower because you can get under water quickly. @Tangerine_ can you take a look?I was up until just shy of two weeks ago and then some others on this thread said to stop because OF has enough nutrients to last the entire grow.
It got way worse feeding with just cal-mag. I lost most of my big fan leaves.Did it get worse when you switched to just cal-mag? How much were you giving? You could be locking stuff out. Or that plant just wants more food.
I'd probably give plain water a couple times and see how it responds. If it looks like it's getting worse, I'd feed it. You kinda gotta be the judge since you can see it in person.
Feed itIt got way worse feeding with just cal-mag. I lost most of my big fan leaves.
I agree.Feed it
Feed it then for sure like Curious said.It got way worse feeding with just cal-mag. I lost most of my big fan leaves.
I stopped feeding after I posted this original thread and it was recommended to me. Tha k you so much for the input. Your plants look great!OF does not have enough nutrients to last an entire grow. Soil works off a microbial herd that also adjusts your pH (I miss you @Dr. Who ) So theoretically you shouldn't have to do much other than make sure your pH isn't wildly acidic or alkaline.
Anyway here's a couple pictures of my plants to demonstrate I actually know what I'm doing. Be careful about whose advice you take. You'll get a lot of folks that will help you destroy your grow. Look for guys who have been here awhile and check out journals if they have them. Don't hesitate to ask to see a pic of their current grow.
The veg picture is from 6/23/2020 The flower picture is from a few days ago. It's a seeded Bodhi Space Monkey.

Best of luck with your grow. I need to get back to mine and start chopping.
Thank you. Should I stick to the same dosing as before? (Half recommended dose of everything except Grow Big. 1/4 dose of that)?I agree.
Feed it then for sure like Curious said.
Sounds like a good idea. If it likes the half dose you could give it more. I don't use the chemicals, so my advice isn't the best.I stopped feeding after I posted this original thread and it was recommended to me. Tha k you so much for the input. Your plants look great!
what are you using for medi
