Hi my seedlings popped today but one of the leaves on one of the plants broke is it dead ?

No idea. Be patient and see. Most of the time they'll bounce back.

How did the plant break in the first place? Not mucking around in the dirt digging for seeds, right?

Why do you continue to insist on touching the plants? You had a few threads yesterday where the clear and overwhelming consensus was to just leave them alone!
