Water’s pH is as close to 6 as possible when watering. I don’t have a soil thermometer yet, so no idea there.
I’m dosing with half of the recommended dose listed on the bottles.
6.0 pH for a soil medium is at the very low end. If it is truly soil you're using, push that up to 6.5-6.7. Both Ca and Mg can be locked out in soil below 6.5, which could be the reason you're seeing nutrient burn while also seeing certain deficiencies.
