Some Septic tanks are not real sharp eh? Its alwasy the ones that say "The world should thank America.." Like Ive never said to a pom or a frenchie.. "Mate, you should thank me..". "u could of been speaking German, twice"
What the fk is wrong with some of them? Like, were you personally there? My dad and uncles faught in Vietnam, do you want their ph number to thank them?"
Can see why Trump and Bush and Co get voted in, the stupid just love them.

Got sent the average wages list for various positions in the cannabis industry in the US from the facility I’m studying with. In $USD. Was a discussion here a while back so thought I’d share: :peace:

Grow Manager: $43,400 - $93,400
Grower/Horticulturist: $13.10 - $19.80/hr
Trimmers/Post Harvesters: $11.40 - $16.90/hr

Extraction
Director of Extraction: $75,000 - $119,500
Extraction Manager: $51,500 - $96,000
Quality Manager: $51,500 - $89,000
Compliance Manager: $49,500 - $122,000
Chemist: $51,600 - $83,500

Processing
VP of Manufacturing: $107,000 - $167,000
Production Supervisor: $44,200 - $77,500
Edibles Specialist: $35,300 - $63,000
Production Technicians: $15.50 - $26.75/hr
Packagers: $12.40 - $17.70/hr

Retail/Dispensary

agreed. A lot will get caught out. Especially with the means testing being removed and people on job seeker etc

its already starting here in Aus m8, and there’s a fair few facilities open / opening.
I’m doing GMP (good manufacturing practice) and Compliance via an Aus company (I’ll msg you the details), and doing a cannabis master’s certificate online with CTU in the US.
Depending on what you want to do a degree / certificate in horticulture, or at least certificates in hydroponics may be required also.

Edit: my interest is in facility design / engineering / consulting. I’ve already got a degree in engineering. Just doing as much other stuff as I can to supplement that.
