So you're running a sealed room? I've been wanting to do that but need a nice dual hose 3-in-1 portable AC. Got a CO2 controller and solenoid a few years ago. Handy to see what levels I can reach with an alcohol lamp and can go over 1500ppm in about 20 min so never bought a tank. Have been planning to build an addition on to my grow room to add a 4x8 grow area then use it for flowering. 2 - 600W HPS on my light rail to light 'er up. Got the lights too. Also bought a new 8" inline fan still in the box like the big carbon filter I bought 5 years ago. If I don't build that room soon I think I'll flog all that stuff on Kijiji or Craigs now that growing is legal. Got receipts too.Ok, that makes sense, I’m attacking with low rh and high heat and overfeeding as a result, sounds dangerous at this point. Alright, I’m going to go see what I can do about it this eve. I appreciate the input and advice.I have another fan on order, I’m going to exhaust outdoors and free up some heat in the lung room. That should help a lot but it’s days away.
You better just set that shit up, some good equip, harvest your Hindu first lol. No it’s vented room right now built in the garage. I have another thread where I questioned the sealed room. I have a old wine cooler condenser and evap that’s good for about 12k btu. If I can make that work, then I’m going to seal it and go co2 and that route for better control. Interesting about the alcohol lamp, I been looking into co2 but I have some time yet to figure that all out. One hurdle is moving a r12 evap, sourcing the recovery equip or paying someone is fine but I rather not have them in my grow area legal or not so I don’t know. I can convert it to r12a but I have my automotive refrigeration ticket, I still have the r12 to deal with safely. Those light rails are pretty cool, if I had one I would prob drop my second light or go back to 2 600s or some ceramic and hps or something, not led yet lol..So you're running a sealed room? That sounds like a good plan, I will be single room for awhile yet but if that room can produce a couple times then I might have more pull to occupy additional space. This is the only life we get I guess, if it’s time to bust a move, any times a good time, no we are not getting younger at all man.I might just knock together a 5x4 space so I have more veg space and use the current grow room for flowering. Have about 6x6' of actual grow room in the 7x9' room. I wouldn't need to involve the grow room to hook up the veg space to my exhaust. Can just vent that into the rest of the basemen but should exhaust out as the basement is damp enough as it is. That space would follow the plan of the larger space in case I wanted to go bigger. Take off the end wall and put it at the back once the side wall is extended.
I should stock up in case we sell out and move closer to a city. Not getting any younger and there's nothing here. Off to bed.
I went down to 1.6 and back to 2, I’m going back to 1.6-1.8 as it seems to work little better for my problem child and the others like whatever I gave them, slight burn on a couple and worse on others at 2 and above. The problem I believe was calcium related, they seem to borderline n tox when I play with calcium or something. They drink a lot and also don’t want a salt buildup to come bite me later. I kept ph at 5.8 for most the way, more recent I moved it 5.9-6.0, I think 5.9 works better in flower so far then 5.8. Here’s a link, threw up some new pics, day 33 on the flip today. Current ec this week is 1.9, I’m backing it down a little tonight. They also changed how they eat since I did some aggressive pruning @ 3 weeks 12/12.
