Foxtailing - Week 6/7 - Maui Wowie

Hey all. First DWC here, using GH nutes and 1000W dual-chip LED light.

Some of my buds started foxtailing this week (Day 43 of flower), and i assume it was because my light was too close. I have since raised the light up, and have shut off the red light (bloom switch), so only using blue light at the moment.

Is there anyway to stop the foxtailing? I havent used any additional supplements, should I? Also, I still have 3 weeks+ to go, any recommendations are much appreciated.

What are the temps in the tent? And you need to turn the bloom switch back on. Always use both switches.

Those buds look strange. That's doesn't look like normal foxtailing. It almost looks like that plant started to reveg. Did you have any light timing issues?

Is that Nirvana Maui Waui?

Temps are 75 at night and 82 during the day. The only light timing issue i had was a few weeks ago i was re arranging some cords, and the timer switch got turn to "On", but i caught it before i went to bed, so it only got 1 hour extra (13 hrs) of light one time.
Seeds are from ILGM.

Hmm tough to say for sure but it appears like the buds are still building ok correct??

Like it doesnt look like gaps of just stem and leaf like when a plant does start to reveg.

Is it possible its just the ‘sativa’ style buds??

is that 82 day ambient temp? what is the canopy temp? and would it be a lot higher when that light was closer? I would think a 1000 watt led doesn't need to be that close.

I don't think it looks like normal foxtailing either. I was thinking they were just a little wimpy from weak lights but 1000 watts should be strong enough. weird.
