A standard 150 watt bulb rn sand it’s directly above not too close low enough so they’re not reaching too hard n high enough so it doesn’t burn it if that makes sense.

Your seedlings look pretty gangly, is that 150w an incondescent light bulb? If so they won't do much other than generate about 150w of heat. What type of bulb is it?

Did you say earlier your water was 5.5 pH? That's too acidic--shoot for 6.5 or thereabouts.

Once it throws out a couple of leaves it uses the energy they can capture to really focus on its taproot. They slow dow for a bit then take right off so be ready!
Also make sure you're not over watering
