Killing spidermites on clothes

Is it possible to use a diluted alcohol solution in a spray bottle to spray my clothes down to ensure I'm not carrying spidermites? Or how can I ensure that they are not being carried in/out?

Spend a few hours inside before going in your grow.

get changed before entering.

You could shower or buy some disposable jump suits and caps etc.
 
Oka , ngl that's a bit disappointing. Battling spidermites is a bitch. How long will they last on jumpsuits? Is there an environment I can put them into to kill them?
