Its a clone that threw out like 10 branches. The branches are just bent down.

If you just bend them they'll grow back to their original shape. You could supercrop, but that's a whole 'nother story.

Ahh ok I see! So best to pin them down with something, how long before flower should you LST? I want to do a final LST before flower but I’m gonna flower in a week or less.

I've continued to LST up to 3 weeks into flower, at the end of flower stretch.

I don't think it cost me any yield, hence the Low Stress in the Training.

Yes, you may need to keep it on for the whole flower cycle, but at least until stretch is done and the branches have hardened into shape.

Thanks yeah I will I did cut a lot of fan leaves of and cleaned it up the day I put it into flower but it's bushed out heaps since then and the around 3 weeks I will defol again
