Technically you only swirl each glass once to oxygenate the wine. Alternatively wine snobs will decant the whole bottle for at least 20 mins before serving so you don’t need to swirl in the glass.

Swirling the glass in tasting is more to judge the wine on impurities and separation.
some of the aerators are good too so you don’t have to decant a whole bottle if you’re not going the drink the lot.
 
I don’t mind a red, or fortified. Can’t do whites or desert wines.
Scotch is my fav and Vodka.
If I have dark spirts like rum..well let’s just say it turns into a bender and lots of loud thrashy music.
Yeah i like a spiced rum with coke, a nice Irish whiskey on the rocks, used to do some silly shit on the terps now I just buy a 4 pack when I catch up with the lads instead of a litre.

LVTK is all trimmed up, just getting the humidity down a tad more. (been in the high 60s and low 70s in the shed)
Eyeballing about 10 ozzies so not a great yield, downside of the TK.



Mine has a unique skunky, nearly gag worthy smell to it. Its a decent smoke. I recon ull be happy. Did u take some cuts or going to run something different next run?
How do you control your humidity?
