We should judge such things by the intentions that underlie them, as we should judge our own thoughts, words and deeds, our intentions shine through in everything we do. Justin has been passing out a lot of bucks and the tories are ok with it, the economist are screaming at the American government to do it too before an economic catastrophe is triggered and banks start locking up the financial system and going tits up, aka 2008, rents and mortgages are going unpaid and bailing out wall street and not main street won't fly.
