I'm confused here. Who are they? And what happened next, after they refused a court order?Oh I see. Computers you say. The ones they were court ordered to turn over but refused? Guess they needed time to "fix" them.
Lots of folks don't understand how elections work, no shame on your part. But. . . . . . it starts at the county level. Every county in the country controls it's own elections. Every machine in all 3143 counties goes through what they call L&A testing before the election, then they are sealed. If the seals are tampered with, that machine is taken out of service.
Then the states tabulate the totals coming in from the counties. When the states get the totals, they report them nationally. This past election was the most secure in history.
