I was working at the office until about 2 weeks ago, I am a lab rat and need to be there to build stuff. I've switched to a work from home routine and had to shift gears to do other things for my team. The combination of being stuck at home and doing things for work that aren't normally in my wheelhouse is taking a toll mentally. I firmly believe that mental health follows physical health, and that when one is not well, boosting the other can offset it.
Since switching to work from home, I set up alarms through the day to prompt various exercises - pushups, pullups, situps, and walking my dog. This (and starting to grow again) has done a decent job of breaking up the monotony, as well as starting to make me feel healthier. I call this setup my prison routine....
What are you all doing to keep yourselves sane and healthy right now under the current circumstances? What changes have you made?
