I do it the old school Jewish way. 4 ours in oven, then rest in fridge overnight, then slice and another hour in the gravy the next day...like I said, a long process.

i kinda do the gravy part like that but 3 1/2 hours in the hark smoker with acacia wood for fuel

ive only rested it a few times over night, but it is better

normally i just carve it up

Its mainly the 4 x 4 crowd. they get the big lift kits and trash tracks in and then leave glass and crap about. Wood hookers dont help.

Fkn councils only go there selfs to blame shutting down rural tips and the ones left only open 4 hours a day like 20 or 30 bucks to dump a mattress at tip

Im at the tip a bit. Not often i pay. But im there all the time and I agree that charging a tip fee (all of $12 here for a trailer...) has caused more to dump in the bush. Its maddening. I swear they spend more on fuel to dump thatn what the cost woulda been.
