Amare Shill
How you doin bud! Got Dry weights & opinions?
Well that would be manageable if you had good air circulation and kept the plants hydrated. They were left off for 1.5 hour. No, i don't think things would have got much hotter. Maybe a little. Prob. 115•F.
About 50• less then the other passively cooled fixtures i have, making it the coolest in my room. The active SE- fixtures are about the same (as Bar-from the wind).Well that would be manageable if you had good air circulation and kept the plants hydrated.
Yes, AMARE (Victor) has done it again! I am saving my $$ for one! I still have my original 100's which I purchased back on 02/14! Still running! Now that is build quality! I have been using the SE-450 UVB as my main light in a 5 x 5 on a light mover and my yield, quality and potency has always been at the dispensary Highest Grade Level. Their customer service is and has always been "top of the line". I purchased budgets lights in the past and within a couple of years they start having problems (some didn't even make it 6 months). When I see a QUALITY product at a good price point it is a win, win situation.About 50• less then the other passively cooled fixtures i have, making it the coolest in my room. From what Victor told me, the LUV will have similar temps as the Bar-8 hence the wide extrusions/sinks.
The Bar-6 LUV is 975 as a pre-order rn. Thats sick!
Honestly man I’ve been procrastinating like a MF lol I still haven’t trimmed Amares bucket yet. Been a little busy but the wife’s been picking away at it a little when she has timeHow you doin bud! Got Dry weights & opinions?
Careful. You probably know but at least snip the dry off the branches so you can begin a cure in an air tightish tote or jar. As long as the big leaves & sticks are off you can start cure. Trim later.Honestly man I’ve been procrastinating like a MF lol I still haven’t trimmed Amares bucket yet. Been a little busy but the wife’s been picking away at it a little when she has time
Sure Am!! Did you get final weights on your last grow?Round 2 about to start for anyone interested!
Round 2! HLG Saber vs Amare SB800 RDWC
Took awhile but I’m back to hydro. Got 8 cuts nicely rooted and they’re all pretty even. Same setup as before with the addition of 4 UVB bulbs. Last run I didn’t post exact weights because I feel I neglected HLG’s side a little more. But Amare won that round by about .5lbs and with the whole...www.rollitup.org
Awesome, I didn’t get official weights but HLG was about 1.9lbs and Amare was 2.5lbs. Didn’t get official weights because I feel HLG was neglected more so it was unfairSure Am!! Did you get final weights on your last grow?
That's a pretty nice harvest. So many different factors can affect final harvest. Most top tier lights are pretty close now a days and a far cry from the outlandish claims of a few years back. It's now about how well they are built and the warranty behind them. If you get a good light it is more about environment and attention to the plants which makes the difference. You still have to be careful still a lot of junk being sold out there.Awesome, I didn’t get official weights but HLG was about 1.9lbs and Amare was 2.5lbs. Its been studied & proven going back before we were born that the EmmersonEffect effect can increase yields up to 30% on almost all crops. We know 470nm open stomata and then some other synergistic effects. We know green is good but not an overabundance like we have in our Original SE-Models & hlg has here. Canna-Spec has a significant reduction & the Solar-Spec, even more. That's a pretty nice harvest. So many different factors can affect final harvest. To give HLG the edge they need to even compete in this next sbs, Mikenike would need to put the covers back on the Sabers. Led companies are hesitant to tell you this because of the "Amighty Umol/j"
I guarantee that if any bothered to try this then they would be famous.
Told x3 companies at around same time. Lets see you takes heed?
Quality of Light Part 2- LED Grow Lights - Diffused or clear cover?
In part 1 I have briefly shed light on the importance of quality of light and how depending on the application, grow lighting fixtures might be optimized using optic lenses. If you have missed the part 1 you can find it in the link below: In part 2 of the series I will high light another often misunwww.linkedin.com
Speaking from experience.
The fact that the Saber covers are acrylic or a composite material plastic sort will give them a better diffusion then Amares glass. With any luck, they begin to fade from the heat & that is when them Sons of bitches will work the best.
Yes those are bad ass office fixtures. Plenty of room in the middle to for additions if hollowed out. But a perfect stand alone veg light. That's interesting Check these warehouse lights from GE

Damn, you skyrocketed past the company posted thc levels.Oh I got the wedding cake lab tested from the HLG side. I also got a TCheck at home cannabinoid tester to compare results too and it seemed to be fairly close, about +/- 3%

That’s because it tests for total cannabinoids which the lab test came back as 29.7% and the TCheck came in at 29-31%Damn, you skyrocketed past the company posted thc levels.
Led over hps used for the data they provided? I dunno.
