Harvest or not to harvest

Just want your guys opinion, do you think these buds are ready to harvest or should I give it a few weeks still?

Nowhere near, another 3-4 weeks.

I was told it's easy to harvest too soon, and hard to harvest too late.

I recently took down a plant around that size. Your top colas will dry to less than an 8th. Not optimal.
