I’ve got nubs forming on the cuttings in water bottles with the same solution minus the KLN. The cloner is in a garage that is hot in the day and cold at night. P.S. only thing to let you know is that the solution you make is only good for about 10 days, so make a fresh batch after that time and toss whatever is remaining. So better to make small batches, maybe half gallon at a time. I learned that the hard way. Also, when in doubt, better to add too much than too little solution. That is all...
