What do you mean? Chopping? Is so, no brother still got a ways to go. The two Chill Factors are shaping up nicely but still have a bunch of white hairs. Haven't even thought about using the loupe yet.

When I get out of work in a few hours I got to feed the plants and plan on taking some pictures of the others. Today marks the last day of week 7. So I am getting in the zone.

Also trying to figure out what is next. In veg I got 1 Triple Whammy, 3 Sundae Floats, and 3 Fire &Desire. I am going to take clones of the F&D's and got 3 more seeds of that. I want to find a keeper out of that pack.

The current Cannarado gear I am just going to grow it out and be done with it. I am still pondering taking some clones of those, maybe. I got some other strains I want to get up and running.

Got a few other strains that may go 9 weeks. Hope all is well with you man! Stay safe out there and protect yourself! It's a crazy damn world we're living in these days, never seen anything like it.

Same to you Bandit, and everyone else for that matter. I just go to work and go home. I am a essential worker my company never stops. We are taking alot of steps to stay safe.

I am very worried about my cousin who is a brother to me, I have tears in my eyes as I type this. He is a ER doctor back home in Metro Detroit and I've been checking in on him. The other day he had the ER full of Covid patients with more rolling in and lost 5 that night.

OMG.. man, I am so sorry. I know those guys and gals are the hero's being on the front line like that during all of this. He's in our prayers brother!, and hope he stays healthy as we go through the next few weeks of hell.. Im afraid it's going to get worse before it gets better.. God help us all! I don't have a lot of close friends, if any. I talk/chat with you guys here on RIU more than anyone local, and consider you all my close friends, even tho we've never met. Hell, I talk/chat with you guys more than my own family... but, we do all have the same interest, hobby, careers, and there's nothing wrong with that!

Well things didn't go quite as planned, but I made progress. Got home from the grind this morning and started taking things down. Got the new carbon filter in, works like a champ so glad about that.
Hanging the lift worked out well, played hell trying to get it to balance, good enough for today. I lost a little more top space than I thought I would, as of right now I got 54 inches from the floor to the bottom of the light. Still thinks of a better way to balance the unit, and maybe gain a few more inches of height. Anyways here is how its looking.

Here is the little intake fan upgrade that helped me figure out about the carbon filter.

What do they charge you for one of those intake fans? And what cfm?

I was just looking over my thread and saw your post and was thinking all that wasn't there when I seen it last night and would like to comment on what you added.

I am pretty much the same way, I stay to myself most these days. I belong to a few forums based on other interests, mainly a auto and cooking forum. I also feel the same as you when it comes to my forum friends.

Yeah, I went back and edited... kinda funny I chat more since isolated. It's ok tho! I really have learned alot from all you guys/gals here. We don't always talk about weed, and that's what makes it great! It'd be cool if we could all sit down, have a steak, some weed and wine and talk shop for a bit.

Yea I don't mind jumping off subject to talk about other interest. I don't drink much wine, I have and do respect/enjoy it, I will not drink liquor anymore, every few years I may order a Manhattan with dinner. But since I love cooking I don't eat out much. Since you said steak I have to ask, what cut do you prefer? I stick to Porterhouse.

I had never heard of this till a few years ago, but chuck of ribeye is my favorite. We have the local butcher cut it about 2 inches thick. It's ridiculous cheap.. like $9 for 2 steaks that will stuff me and the Mrs. It's very tender, and it's almost like you can't fuck it up on the grill... but my favorite way to cook it is in a 100+year old cast iron skillet that's been in the family. Olive oil, some Tony C's, pepper... toss it on a very hot skillet for 1 minute and 30 seconds, flip, repeat,.. flip after 1 min, flip after 1 min..turn the gas off, flip every min for 2 min....rest. Throw some butter on top with some pink sea salt... enjoy!

My method for Porterhouse. Get em out and rest on the counter for a half hour, hit them with SPOG (salt, pepper, onion, garlic) on both sides. Throw them hot a hot grill, I want to see flames! Served with sauteed mushrooms and onions and of course A1.
