So assuming you are not full of shit and know what you are talking about because you took a community college course and got a nice job, congratulations (the system works).

What you are describing could just be that the old water tank system has been around for a long time and is really well build because the kinks and innovations have had time to develop and get made better. "Green" systems (which use far less continuous resources when in use) are still relatively new and as more people purchase, use, and find the kinks, they too get better and better. That is just how technology works.

Do you disagree that as a culture we have, and still are, dirty AF? Plastic bags, plastic everything, burning stuff to get energy and sending all those pollutants into the air, not telecommuting as much as possible because people have cars and can burn fuel to get to a job, pouring pollution down the drains whenever we clean something, poor farming practices that tear apart the fragile layer of soil that holds the most life on earth....

Cleaning up our ways is not a bad thing.

I think they are someone who is used to being able to just say shit on the job site and people just nodding their head instead of actually checking him because if they did they would have to engage his stupidity.
You know I now see why trump loves the uneducated, you must live in the boonies or have a hard time moving with the times that your finally hanging up your running role for a glue can

It’s all computerized it’s mass manufactured
Just because they change the design doesn’t mean it’ll last longer
I’ve said it 10 times the manufacture does it because at least in Canada you have to manufacture a product for 7 years I think the you can discontinue it but you have to provide parts for another 7 years then after that you won’t be able to find parts anywhere because these manufacture make it so specific to their units when it breaks your relaxing it

Do you stop and breath and think through shit ever? Or are you one of those, I know all and just talk talk talk like Trump does pretending they know everything because it is spewing from their mouths and nobody cares enough to bother correcting you?

I am guessing the second.

What you are describing is a young industry that is still innovating and improving their designs. Several attempts to get about doing the same job.

Look at the early automotive industry, or any industry and you will find the same thing. These things take time which seems to have been lost on you.

Yeah, lets design the world around those extreme conditions, maybe we should all light our homes with oil from whale blubber while we're at it.
We still heat some homes with diesel and oil
But we’re also way ahead of you guys in standards and building practices. You guys always get to be the testers for wonderful products like kytec and a bunch of other failed new products

The plumbing/gas industry is new?
ok.

the reason why we won’t accept change right away the only reason we install high eff furnace is in 07 they banned mid effs in Canada so now everyone has to go hi ef
Which is all fine and dandy but in your 30 years old house people put these new furnaces in then butch when th ET see no savings, you tell them ylyejy got single pain windows that old insulation with paper back on 2x4 ext walls maulyeb if they upgraded that stuff that’s where the savings is conning from not the. Furnace it still gonna run just as much yes their 98% efficient but that’s can be exaggerated because the exhaust temp out of the unit should be 2% but majority of the time it’s more it’s all a political cash gran

He is describing one manufacturer that had issues and struggles, still are actually. But there are others that are very well designed and do the job well. Are they perfect? Nope and nothing is. Yes the sales consultant needs to understand there are limitations just as there are with tanks. The biggest difference is tanks have limited supply of hot water and tankless have limited quantities but endless supply. The guys a fucking idiot and I am done interacting with him. I feel sorry for anyone who relies on his advice and he’s a disservice to the industry. He says he has a gas fitter licence like it’s a badge of honour but it’s only as good as the person who has it.

You have a hard time admitting you are wrong, so you just make up something stupid AF to say don't you?

Im obviously not saying the plumbing/gas industry is new, I am saying the green tech companies using new tech are. There will be winners and losers as the industry matures because some companies will screw up, and patents get moved around, someone eventually will find a greta combination and will become the industry standard.

And I don't know shit about your industry, not claiming that I do, but I do understand how the real world businesses develop over time, and am describing that and applying it to what you are going on about.

By the way manufacturers of Hvac and plumbing products do it the same as the auto industry in order to keep it profitable and your not a one time customer

The technology used isnt new either
They’ve had ignition controls and modules since the 80’s on furnaces it hasn’t changed much
its how much extra redundancy can they put in there to sell it as a safer product but it’s just one more el tribal components to break
It’s not for the needs/ ease of the Holme owner it’s for the amhidndnznrik n
