Can some1 help my babies?!?

Could someone please help me figure out why these 2 1/2 week olds are not doing as well as I’d like? On a 18/6 light schedule 400w metal halide bulb 22inches away from top of plants, I water every 2 days (about a 1/4-1/3 a solo cup of water) ph around 6ish, the soil I’m using is the soil in the picture, I’m also using the small fan on low as a breeze And the big fan to suck the heat out and using a humidifier, temperature is 75-80 while humidity’s around 60. I got some flora gro and flora micro today was gonna start feeding it to them next time I water as well as transplant into 3 gallon fabric pots. Why do some of the leaves have lighter green/yellow speckles on the them and some are darker green and drooping and what in the world is wrong with that single leaf in the picture? It’s the lowest leaf on the plant so I picked it off. Thank you guys, anything helps!!! Ps. This is my first grow so be nice loll

PH is of huge significance as it affects uptake of nutrients

Clawing..nutes a little strong?
Also likely Ca/Mg issues

Additionally, be sure you watch your water...drooping leaves can also be the result of too much or too little water...just because soil is dry up top doesnt mean the same below.

I would advise having a pH meter and moisture probe.(.both cheap..) until you get a handle of your soul mix..

Welcome to RIU man. My first thought was pH, and if you're giving it 6.0 I could see you having issues. If you're adjusting the water pH for soil, aim for 6.5.

That pic of the leaf looks like a fungal issue, but I could be wrong. Unhealthy plants are more prone to diseases and pests also, so try to keep em happy.

I am using the ph tester that you drop 2 drops in the vile and it changes color and I am not using anything for nutes until next watering which will be the first time they’ll receive anything extra, and with the water I usually wait till it’s dry (about an inch deep) usually it’s every 2 days. I was reading online and was thinking it was nitrogen deficiency possibly??

Let plant rely in soil as prepared...You shouldnt have to add more nutes till flowering..plant will tell you what it needs..google something like cannabis nutrient deficiencies to see..pics

The drops work fine, but most people will recommend the Blue Lab tester. I water my plants when the lights turn on and my plants are happy.

They don't look that bad to me. I'm a soil and a hydro grower it looks like a ph issue I'm not sure what that soil is or if you have mixed in anything. With my soil grows I buffer out my mix so ph doesn't really matter much I just check runoffs in flower and amend if needed

I've used the nature's care soil and it doesn't drain well and stays moist for a while. You may want to add perlite for better drainage when you go to 3 gallon pots.

Bugs Man bugs. It looks rather similar to a broad mite outbreak I had a couple yrs ago. Seriously when ya grow in soil, expect bugs. Cold pressed Neem oil is a great organic bug deterrent. Don't over water, think about maybe up potting. JM2C good luck

I think there isnt much wrong with them. Growing pains. I think they are growing faster than the roots can keep up with the demand.

So I reccomend to add a little bit of microbes, get a veg nute and water that in at about 150 ppm and add a little bit of epsom salt at about 150 ppm and then leave them alone or if you do both at the same time keep the ppms low at about 200 total

For 1 your watering to much. Another you always mix that soil with natural soil is always a good idea. Second when u use that kinda soil, let it rot for a while mg products are hot as hell.

Overall water less, use a spray bottle for the soil only not the plant. Hope that helps.

That soil is a little hot to start in and it’s organic. I don’t add anything but tap water for about 4 weeks. I had problems when I ph my water that early in that soil or any hot soil.

Stop using clay pots ... they retain moisture.

Transplanted into 3 gallons and watered with 2.5mg of flora micro and 2.5mg of flora gro per gallon of water also used “less hot” soil for the transplant.

I wouldn’t add nutes until you get a full water and check your run off ph and TDS. If your run off TDS is high you don’t need nutes yet. Especially if you just added soil that had nutes into soil that already had nutes.

How much would you guys recommend watering and how often? With the same specs in the pics humidity and temp and everything. I watered last night when the lights came on about 5 1/2 cups of water per pot. Today they where still a little damp.

I wouldn’t add nutes until you get a full water and check your run off ph and TDS. If your run off TDS is high you don’t need nutes yet. Especially if you just added soil that had nutes into soil that already had nutes.
