Thanks.Hey man, at the end of the day, you have got to do you. I'm not even sure you were looking for advice looking back at your post.
I know that all plants are different and require different light levels, such as leafy greens require less light than fruiting plants, but not sure if you can compare the light required to grow a mint plant with the light needed to grow cannabis in seedling and veg.
I'm not even there yet with my grow but your 150W led should do you fine. Start at say 2 feet above plants and if they are stretching too much lower the lights. I have a 115W blurple that's 14 inches above my plants. It was 12 inches but one of the plants leaves were dry and thin, so raised the light and moved it away from the heat source and the leaves thickened. Check the link under my post to see pictures if you want.
IMO I wouldn't waste money on a separate light if you are using the same area to grow in, maybe if you were using a different area to get your plant through seedling. But can't really give any advice without really knowing the specs of the light, if it is advice you were looking for.
As I wrote, sometimes its getting very hot and I prefer to get a lamp for the first few weeks, until the spring, then the room will have air condition all the time. Now days air condition in the room is not an option.
I also want to add one more vent or to enlarge the exist one.
