But, oh, looky there, even if those poll are accurate (unlikely), Bernie loses at the Democratic Convention. 72% of Democrats prefer anybody but Bernie.

Warren's debate strategy of protecting Bernie Sanders every time he was gone after is pretty fascinating.

Between him getting propped up by Warren blocking for him on stage, his campaign staffers fiercely attacking anyone who says anything not positive about Bernie in interviews, and the Russians/Trump/Bernie trolls flooding the internet to drown out any commentary against Bernie, and Trump telling his supporters to vote for Bernie in the primaries, he is well defended.

But Biden still kicked butt last night on stage. I can't wait until after Super Tuesday to see how things go. It is looking good for Sanders since we know he has the Russians serving up the Mexican American community to him on a platter with their propaganda machine, and high Latino communities in Texas and Cali. I guess we will find out.

Joe Biden marveled at a question about what would happen if President Trump loses the November election but refuses to concede, asking the audience if it ever would have thought “any person would be able to ask that question and be taken seriously.”
“Our democracy is at risk,” Biden said.
He said the way Trump has treated the military, the intelligence community and the FBI, “I have no worry about him being escorted out of the White House.”
Biden spoke directly to Trump, saying: “If you’re worried about someone interfering in our election, why don’t you do something about Russia now?”

It won't be by such a huge margin. People in California pay taxes. They don't want to see federal expenditures double. As for Texas, it is quite possible that many of the voters there, af whom Republicans form the vast majority, will again register as Dem in order to support Sanders, like they did in 2016.
