You're drowning them. That coco is too wet. You don't need to water everyday until the plants are much bigger and have developed a decent root structure. Let the coco dry out and when you water just water around the seedling don't drench the entire pot. And they look terrible for 15 days. They will just continue to die as long as you have them swimming in that wet coco. And why are you burning 600 watts on seedlings? Get a cheap fluorescent shop light or hang some CFL's or LED bulbs using inexpensive light fixtures. Probably cost less than $20 and use 40 watts of power. That's all you need for seedlings. You're just wasting electricity.

only need to leave water to sit for a day, 3 days will make the water go stagnate and loose its gas..!

Prob less water, pH could be high . One of my guys look the same .

Prob wait an hour , now you can put an air stone in and that seems to help it speed up the process, like I tell everybody add more perlite to your mix

You need to grab some PH down and get that down below 7. Also there are no roots yet filling that pot so there is no reason to water it all..get a spray bottle and soak the top layer of soil once a day...that's it...pH the water though and add some seaweed extract if you can get some..

As others have said, it looks like overwatering.
In a coco based mix, my methodology is:
-Fill pot with soil and water it slowly/heavily. Soil needs to be holding its maximum amount of water
-plant seed directly in soil about 1/2in-3/4in down, cover with soil, add a little more water right over top of the seed, to make sure its thoroughly wet
I went about 1.5 - 2 weeks before I had to water her again.
You WANT the soil to dry out, so the roots have to stretch down to the still moist soil. And I'm not talking about "the top of the soil was dry, so I watered it"... I stick my whole finger ALL the way in the soil, or if possible, stick it up through a hole in the bottom of the pot.
The soil seems to dry from the top down, so while it might seem like its dry in the top inch or so, it's not fully dry. With such a small root system, the plant cant drink all of what you provide, so you REALLY need to be sure the medium gets almost completely dry in between waterings.
Your better off underwatering to be cautious, then overwatering it. One of my old chefs would have called this "Tinkering"... your so passionate about your craft, and you want your end result to be so perfect, that you end up overdoing something, or doing something extra that was unnecessary, and ruining the whole meal (or in this case plant)

You tell him not to water it, then tell him to water it every day lol.
Top-watering, especially daily, is not what you want to do in a soil based medium. I'm not a hydro expert, but I believe they do water lightly daily until roots reach the nutrient solution.
But in soil, you want to water deeply, and only when necessary. This allows young root systems to stretch down through the medium as it searches for water, and allows trapped air in pockets of the soil to be moved down into the root zone as you water

Dumping cups of water and just soaking the surface with a spray bottle are way different in my world and I'm only suggesting what worked really well for me.

Understandable... But just think about what your plant is doing in its early stages of life, in terms of water usage.
The very earliest stages of life, the plant is fed by the cotyledons, as the root system is expanding in search of water/food sources to sustain it once the vegetative growth becomes too much for the cotyledons to support.
If your adding light amounts of water, to the top of the soil daily.. the root system will be shallow, because they lack reason to stretch down into the soil deeper. This also keeps the soil moist at the top, which prevents air pockets from forming, which would then be pushed down into the soil on the subsequent watering to give your root zone oxygen.
Will the plant live and grow watering that way? Sure, so long as your not drowning the roots. Is it the best method though? Nahh
But, as long as you get bud at the end, who really cares how you water it for the first 2 or 3 week lol

I water my seedlings with a shot glass for the first three weeks then I water the outter rim of the pot so the roots stretch and look for water.
