Pretty much seems so as a few people have suggestedIf you are not growing the same clone every single time ... then your yields will always be different. Period. No two seeds are the same.

Hi I am confused now and still don't understand what iam getting / was getting as far as grammes per Watts etc. I've never understood all that type of stuff. I just know what I mentioned before with regards to how many ounces the first crop produced compared to the rest. Guy who started me off has been growing for over 20 years so I am assuming he is pretty experienced. I am not sure what your stating or not believing what I am stating in my posts. All I have done is try to get to the bottom off why the yields have become so low. Maybe he knows why ( different strains) but continues to experiment with these different strains instead of sticking with the same strain. which I have suggested namely thc. As mentioned he has very little Input once the plants are planted cheersFrom this....4424g / 3600w = 1.23g, per watt
To this....2240g / 3600w = .62g per watt
And this guy..... "who has been growing for many many years and is very experienced, I look after the plants daily but he decides the times for the different stages / change of feed etc, I am almost 100% certain that he is pretty sure what he is doing".....has nothing to lend in terms of correcting your issue? Hmmm...
Ya numbers don't seem to add up,your saying on your first grow you got 10 pounds off 20 plants that were veged less than a month, how big were the pots they were growing in. those #s are hard to hit for a seasoned grower let alone rookie.Hi not sure about pounds, first crop yield was 158 ounces from 20 plants 10 in each tent. Both tents have 3 bulbs in each tent all 600 watts. I am assuming in fact I'm quite sure both tents yielded pretty much the same, what would you suggest does not add up cheers
Yeah, I was a bit skeptical of those numbers too.Ya numbers don't seem to add up,your saying on your first grow you got 10 pounds off 20 plants that were veged less than a month, how big were the pots they were growing in. those #s are hard to hit for a seasoned grower let alone rookie.
Hi I have no idea whatsoever how many pounds we got per plant or plants but can assure you 100% we got 158 ounces because I was present when everything got weighed and it was the most successful crop he has seen, I at the time did not have a clue what was a good yield from a bad yield but I do now. Pots we are using are 18 litre pots cheersYa numbers don't seem to add up,your saying on your first grow you got 10 pounds off 20 plants that were veged less than a month, how big were the pots they were growing in. those #s are hard to hit for a seasoned grower let alone rookie.
Everyone was and is skeptical but I can assure you I have no reason to inflate the size of the yield, in fact I'm starting to think if it was a good idea to even start of this post. Several people were right in saying that basically the crop was a one off or begginers luck or whatever you want to call it, I was convinced if it could be done once then it could be done again, unfortunately I was wrong and they were right, there must be such a thing as begginers luckYeah, I was a bit skeptical of those numbers too.
If the guy is so experienced then why are the yields going down each grow and why are you asking on this forum what the problem is? Ask this very experienced grower that makes all the decisions what the issue is.I am going to be very honest with you veg and flowering stages are decided by another person who has been growing for many many years and is very experienced, I look after the plants daily but he decides the times for the different stages / change of feed etc, I am almost 100% certain that he is pretty sure what he is doing with regards to this and plants are always ready and nothing is rushed. Normally whole process is in between 12 to 14 wks
Stop saying you have no clue how many pounds ... you went to school correct ? You graduated the 5th grade ? Hopefully ? Then Navigate your way to google and type in ... 158 oz is how many pounds ... it comes up 9.875 or something close to that .. HOW HARD IS THIS ? Lol ..Hi I have no idea whatsoever how many pounds we got per plant or plants but can assure you 100% we got 158 ounces because I was present when everything got weighed and it was the most successful crop he has seen, I at the time did not have a clue what was a good yield from a bad yield but I do now. So trueThis ^
Def not , if the plant grew for a week I would agree maybe . But there is no beginners luck w growing its a non stop attention thing to me . The more I pay attention the better my harvestEveryone was and is skeptical but I can assure you I have no reason to inflate the size of the yield, in fact I'm starting to think if it was a good idea to even start of this post. Hi 18 litre pots. I am sorry but I have never stated that the plants were veged less than a month, I only stated how long the plants had been in start to finish which was around 12 to 14 weeks. I have no idea whatsoever what was going on within those weeksYa numbers don't seem to add up,your saying on your first grow you got 10 pounds off 20 plants that were veged less than a month, how big were the pots they were growing in. those #s are hard to hit for a seasoned grower let alone rookie.
Well the whole point of my post was to try and pinpoint what is going wrong because nothing has changed other than the strains, but even with different strains I would hope to get back to bigger yields unfortunately this has not been the caseDef not , if the plant grew for a week I would agree maybe . U will it only a matter of time . Like I said earlier sometimes when things aren't getting better it's time to simplify everything and go back to good old basics.Well the whole point of my post was to try and pinpoint what is going wrong because nothing has changed other than the strains, but even with different strains I would hope to get back to bigger yields unfortunately this has not been the case
What?Hi I have no idea whatsoever how many pounds we got per plant or plants
Hi its not hard at all and I have converted what I got in ounces to pounds at the time I was replying I did not have any idea what 158 ounces was in pounds of the top of my head, I was never very good at arithmetics at school so I apologise for that, it still does not change the point of my postStop saying you have no clue how many pounds ... you went to school correct ? It's simple crop got weighed in ounces not pounds so I will reiterate, I had no clue what this was in pounds l had no reason to find out what it was in pounds and to be honest I am still not interested in which way you want to look at it if you wanted to go to the far end of a fart we could say that the crop weighed 4479.225 grams but I don't see the point you bringing up, what difference does it make whether you weigh your crop in, in pounds ounces or grams at the end of the dayg,QUOTE="Johnny Lawrence, post: 15261871, member: 943008"]What?
You know what I thought the more answers I could get the better so where else to ask, he is very experienced but set in his ways, look at the amount of experienced growers on here yet I have been given at least 5 or 6 different reasons what could be going wrong, for me the more answers I get from different experienced growers the more I could take on board to try and correct the problem, obviously this is not turning out to be the caseIf the guy is so experienced then why are the yields going down each grow and why are you asking on this forum what the problem is?
