What is the PPFD at 18 inches? Its efficiency (umol/J)? Is it passively cooled or fan needed?
The Amare SolarBar SB800 surely isnt worth $1695. Not familiar with Bar -8L but I assume it has less PPFD then the SB800.
That SB800 only flowers a 4 x 4 and draws 800 fuckin watts. I'd rather use my HLG 550 V2 rspec. Better PPFD, more blue, more photon density, better spread....1088 samsung LM 301B, 64 Osram SSL 660 nm, better far red........and its LESS money...and it has 1257 PPFD , thats photon DENSITY at the canopy.....draws 480 watts not fuckin 800.
The Amare might be good for those that need a heater in a basement.

You could NOT BE MORE WRONG my friend. Its a 800-900w light depending on your spectrum selection. Not designed to cover just a 4x4 , lol! Sorry, had to laugh.
Mine covers a 6.5x5 providing an even 800 ppfd.
Has a higher PPFD at 4' then a SE-1000W In a Raptor @ 2' yo. And thats only at 660w, which is what you would set it for if only flowering a 4x4, unless you implement side-lighting.
Just last month & the whole year before that Amare was a sponser here & offered everyone an every day deal of 25% off retail that you dont see other companies offer on BlackFri, X-Mass, or even my most famous B-Day. Lol!
So, because the Bar-8 is such a beast & costs over $500 to ship from one side of Cali to the other they had to add a $200 (help with handling fee) making the Bar-8 $1500, delivered to your door, over-boxed.
The Bar-8 has a 1730 ppf dude. 2.8 UMOL/J set to 660w. 2.7 (2.689) @ 900w. Haha! I like HLG & Am in NO Way knocking them but a R-GueesSpec doesn't even cover a 4x4 bro., has major density issues, no IR or added nore blue beyond the narrow 450nm included in the 3 - 4k. Amare has x2 , whites, 470, 630, 660 & 730 with IP-66 Rating & Certs you can actually pass an electric inspection with to run a real facility. UL-880, Look it up. All while still having about a 30%+ higher efficiency then the R-Spec.
Sometimes its good to get off the same old dick & try a pretty lady thats made for the fuckin shes about to get. Not just laying there hoping you get your nut off fast like white with barely any red leds over my plants compared to Amare. Wharehouse & Parking lot light is the base. But w/o the rest, you're losing out in sooo much.
Think outside the box man, & with Common sense.
Oh, did i mention the 5 year bumber to bumber warrenty?
N yes, they use the very highest in efficiency diodes. Being the First to implement the Oslon SQ series & is an option over the SSL's in any model.
They use Sammy top-bin everything, 301b & now H. All Oslon colored. Matter o fact, i messed up in my above post. The Pro-3 uses Oslon now instead of the Cree XpG3's. Website is outdated.
And to top it all off, now they offer all these same components in a lightweight version that pushes 660w & detaches in the center. And IP-65. 1100-1250 retail. Contact Victor direct & retail #'s are out the window!
Broski, there is No other Manufactured Fixture available at the moment that can hold a flame. Sorry!
1500 to your door is like $1.66/w for something that costs more to ship then to produce x5 or more R-Specs.

Amare has never third party tested any of their lights, they are a drop shipper, they don't use top bin osram........ Facts, unless disputed with some evidence to the contrary? Which hasn't happened in years.

We replaced 20 gavidas w 20 600 sundisks, 10 600 for side isle lighting and 8 400s as center isle side light and we work our acs less and have reduced our electric bill.
The Enlite engineer is super smart and made the most efficient lights I’ve seen yet
