Looking into new led lighting, what should i be looking for?

Im so confused looking at lighting options and specs of output.
im growing in a 2x4 tent and im just now realizing my lighting output is off. I mistakenly bought two blurple lights from amazon and have been using them for a while and wondering why my yields are low. My 600 watt is out putting 100w and my 1000w light only outputs 150w.
i figured from some reading i would need around 250w output for the tent and looking at quantum boards. I was hoping to get a diy kit from alibabba but the specs are confusing me because they dont say what the output is.
if anyone have any suggestions on what are the specs i should be looking for or what other specs i should be looking at like lumints or amps

Budget?

If your looking at the alibaba route, check out the fotops 800s qbs....they are doing very well for many guys over in the knockoff thread. You can also get the knockoff hlg 260 and 320 kits from Kingbrite or meiju.

@Moflow or @Rocket Soul would be my goto guys from any info on the knockoffs.

If you can connect a few wires you can get a much better light for the same price as a Mars TSL 2000.

- 2 HLG QB96's = $138
- HLG-320H-54A driver = $87
- wire/connectors = approx $20
- pair of hangers on amazon = $6
GRAND TOTAL = $251
TOTAL WATTAGE = dimmable up to 345watts
Very efficient. Upgradable. Warrantied by a US based company with great customer service. 20 minutes to put it together. Much more light output per watt than Mars stuff.

I'd be hard pressed to say you'd get better results from 2x4" point sources of light, VS a 10" wide board that's 40" long. It's a 300W fixture.
