Sativa for sure... It's not even close to being done... It looks overfed to me... And I'm the KING of overfeeding!!!
Yeah.. GWS is a sativa.. i prefer sativa myself as i hate going to sleep at 8pm

I agree. Nutrients are no the dominant factor here. Light regime is. Some strains do not mix well. A sativa that will continue to foxtail and a day neutral plant is a bit of a nightmare mix. Take budz advice and i would clean out the cruxt of the side branch and main stem. I found outdoors that some strains with ruderalis, be it Russian, Chinese, or Mexican will stay fluffy to the end. It's the genetics, not the fert. Ruderalis x indica is a better pairing. Good Luck Frankl!
Yeah its a bush!!!Thanks FrankAnd yeah.. someone mentioned above that it might not be a stable auto, which me having it at 20/4 and also it got way too close to the lights probably stuck it back into veg. it's 12/12 now.. will see.. And i will trim it up in a day or so.. If this thing finishes i am going to really hate trimming

I had a blue toof special that took a long time to finish just like yours... It was soooooo worth the wait!!!BTW.. here is another pic i took the same night.. I bend a cola/stem down to pull it away and get a pic but its' so fluffy with leaved/flowers.. What i'm curious bout.. Is this a form of foxtailing? like having buds growing out of buds like this? BTW.. the light leaves are the bottoms showing cause of how i pulled it out..
I think i'm going to try trimming this thing tonight so i can get a better idea of whats going on.. it's like trying to look at a sheepdog right now.. i didn't want to stress it much which is funny since my Durbans i trim through their lives and they shrug it off.

well, for soil that would be right but cocos counts as soilless so you aim for 5.8I have a friend who of course is a "pro" who bitched at me for being under 6.4..
maybe but its too early to tell. but since your growing sativa there's quite some chance. high levels of luminosity can cause that.BTW.. here is another pic i took the same night.. Foxtails in mid flower:
all the same strain but the front plant is a more sativa [brazil] phenotype, you see the difference? at places where the light hits hard there's a constant growth of new buds which makes the plant quite leafy and individual buds grow more elongated towards the light. Some people say with foxtails you'll gain more mass but buds will take more time to ripen...
edit:
with foxtailing strains you can also observe at the top this typical spikey new growth that looks reminiscient of revegs (but it isn't)
hey man so youre saying this plant is already 3 month 3 weeks into flower. one week veg only., .. hows that even possible... I wouldnt expect it then to be that large... its more like a month, isnt it? Nevertheless, after 3 month it should look differently....
maybe its just a weak plant on the flowering part. Have yout tried 10 h of light only?
That's one hell of a strange auto...
Nice looking plant now but a little airy on the buds...You never know, you might be in for a pleasant surprise when its done...and perhaps fills in.
You mentioned you've had it on 20-4 light cycle..When did it go into flower?

What's the ec you're hitting?
Also coco needs lower pH, 5.8-6.0 is ideal.
Look at the range of color on those leaves, comparing lower older growth to newer top growth.
Lower looks dark green too high of nitrogen, and tops look light bleached out almost locking out nutrients.
My guess is your pH being out of range has limited uptake and if you were to correct now you'd risk nute tox as it appears your running too high an EC. Flush with 1/4 to 1/2 strength nutes and tea/humic acid/recharge type bennies.
Never noticed it staining the roots. When I premix it up in hot water before adding to my rez it just looks like a salty brine.

Up until a few weeks ago i was running too high of PH (accidently) Bought a PH60 pend (apera i think) and man.. i love it, got so sick of those ph drops. So you are right, the ph was high.. i will try 5.8-6.2. I have a friend who of course is a "pro" who bitched at me for being under 6.4..
Right now i'm feeding it at 600-650 ppm.. When i started this plant i tried a new jacks product (15-5-20 made for tap) and it has built in cal and mag.. and it worked "OK" but i'm back to normal jacks now.. for 4 gallons of water i mix 12/8/4 If i go the full 3.6/gal that is their recommended plants burn bad.. even at 3g/gal i still get a little burn on some strains so i try to adjust as i go. I totally love jacks though..
One of the reasons I went with the Peter's product over the "jacks" was their specific claim to be compatible with all water types versus one product for tap or ro h2o.
