Reading never stabilizes, it's all over the place. I sent it in to support, they sent it back saying it's fine. Even in cal solution it's all over the place. Is it just craply made or that and not very accurate?

I'm a stickler for accuracy so that's good to know. That ancient ppm pen never seems to go more than 50ppm off and usually it just needs new batteries when it does. I rarely use it. It only reads 10X. Got another one that does single digits that I calibrate to 20ppm and use it only to test RO water I buy and the colloidal silver I make.Reading never stabilizes, it's all over the place. If that was for me yes I did and it was pH 6.2. Temps from 75 - 80F and RH around 50 - 55. CalMag used regularly as I use RO water.Well I was going to guess pH or humidity problems but you answered quickly. Need a few days. But since I am here I'll throw out cal-mag cause you can never go wrong with that answer.
By the way, did you read run-off at all?
The bluelab gets a deeper reading so thats a plus. The apera is more accurate and faster but also more fragile.Looks like the bluelab is your preferred and it is the middle pricepoint? If I'm gonna keep doing soil grows i figure I should invest in the proper gear from the start.
No I was actually talking about the original post, but I agree talking about nutrients is usually not the problem for people using any decent brand, it's almost always pH.If that was for me yes I did and it was pH 6.2. I meant to check the ppm of the runoff as well but forgot to so will do that in a couple days when I next water/feed. Giving her some B1, Zn and a couple other micros next time.
She really seems to fit the bill for low P including the purple petioles but I know she has lots of that so it must be getting blocked by pH or other issues. The feed a couple days ago included 2g of 0-52-34 P/K supplement along with what is in the Mega Crop nutes.
