Plants have greened up a bit. Looking better. Ppm dropped 50. Topped up with 33 % of my 150 calmag 500 food. Ph Pen still a mystery. It has a factory reset which drops it .4 from before. Seems more inline with the drops test. Plants are looking better so can’t be that far off.
Going to pet store after work to see if I can compare it to there testing equipment.

Sounds good.... Will take some time to recover not out of the woods but that's good they are looking better.

At canopy 74 50% rh

I also did a baking sofa test for ph and got 7.9. Seems like these pens are getting more accurate as they get older.

do yourself a favor and spend the money on a good pH meter. 2 calibration points.

Ph went up over the last 24 hrs .2. PHed back down to 6. This am. Sitting at 780 ppm. So that’s 650 ppm since my ppm pen reads a bit high.

6 is my ceiling in RDWC.... Ph down to like 5.6 now that your getting a 0.2 increase. That's good means they are eating generally. What is the ppm change in 24 hrs and did you get a lid yet?

Yes got the lid. Thanks. Was about a 50 ppm drop last 24 hrs.

I have a HM EC meter that's been good to me.

Dropping to 5.6 is kinda scary since I’m still not convinced my ph pen is right.Tonight I’ll go to pet store and that should help.testing baking Soda has me feeling better.

the 50 ppm drop is a good start. if that keeps up every day, you might be out of the woods.

Agree I think he could bump ppm up a bit that's before top ups afaik so it's a really good sign. But not outa the woods.

Slow and steady man. How is new growth looking and some full plant pics. Bump by maybe 20% of only the nutrients. So if 400ppm of nutrients don't count the tap ppm then bump it 80ppm ish

Rodger. So what do ya think about using a 5 g pail for a res for bubba. I need to isolate it from the system. All I have space for is another bucket. Will be outside of room.

So with the lid on now 24 hrs I did notice the water didn’t drop as much. Was just a little difference good tip there thanks.
Ph rose .2 big ppm drop 730. Was 830 yesterday. I did add a little plain water this am.
I pHed to 5.9 doesn’t need a top off. Pics.

You can see the green coming in the veins ,will spread out more by tomorrow. Not sure if it’s the calmag or my ph is better/ stable?
