Meijiu Majo Fluence knockoffs

Ok so I have lurked here for what feels like the past 15 yrs, and had a profile before but lost that years ago.

So I have seen a lot of posts regarding Alibaba quantum board knockoffs but have found little information on anyone using the fluency style light bar LED's. I am building out a 4x5 sealed room with a/c and co2. Scrog style grow with a T5 (for now) in a tent for veg. I have done lots of research into the different brands but with Alibaba, its still kind of a dice roll from what I understand. Its seems there are lots of people using their QB's with great success so I am going to take the gamble.

My question is which one to go with. I am going to go with their 600w option (they have 480, 600 & 1000) that seems to mimic the Fluence Spydr plus or 2p.

I am torn between these two different lights. I am not fluent in LED talk quite yet so I am trying to figure out if the second one is worth the extra $100.

LM301B + Epistar 660nm $439 + shipping
LM301B + LG395 + Osram 660 + Osram 730 $537 + shipping

Anyone with experience with the Majo or just LED's in general, able to help me out would be much appreciated.

im surprised theres such little info out there considering theres so much about the QB knockoffs. Especially with how popular the Fluence lights are getting, you'd think more people would be trying these out. hmmm...

Did you try the majo? I'm looking at the meijiu octopus it has the lm301h and some osram leds looks and sounds sweet just scared to get a bad deal i have bought some qbs from meijiu that i like allot tho and the octopus is suppose to be better

I know someone on the china board thread tried the majos. Not sure what they thought. Sincerely id rec the Fotop boards, even in lm561c, theyre a good deal and very easy to work with if you got some minimum diy chops to make the frame.

But like all these bar fixtures and super spread out board fixtures: if your in a tent you need to think about how to raise, lower and generally fit in your growspace.

That's what I'm learning now... I watched some builds on YouTube before I even thought about putting something in there!!! Great advice!!!

They are last years diode definitely but they are so cheap you can run an obscene amount easily. Personally i think running these midpowers soft and twice as many is a better idea than running a few top bin boards at full. To each their own.

We achieved even cover, right light levels and 8 inch hanging height this way with a build that only took a few hours, no heat sinks needed so less weight, only a few connections per tray using fotops, and you can pretty much dial in between 800-1000ppfd just raising and lowering with out losing much cover. All this using the standard 30-32 w per square foot.

I wouldnt trust any china par mapping.

Take a look at what @WeedSexWeightsShakes does with fotops, look thru his video updates.

Also pleaee bear in mind that this setup is optimised for openspace, in a tent would be a bit more complicated, need access from all sides
