Nice job on the harvest LG, looks great.

Also loving your twisty wire on the net pot idea, I might have to borrow that one :)
Thanks @diggs99 you have to be close on your gorilla zkittlez as well. I would make one change if my roots weren't already showing. My plans is to pull all the stems to the front and rear of the tent and allow new shoots to fill the center of the screen. I would have liked to better orient the plant and put the wire at the front and back of the netpot instead of the side. Next time.

I pulled one down this morning. The ugliest of the 4. She going right to the extract pile.

The other 3 are still swelling up nice, beautiful purple colours on the bud.

Hopefully within the week they will be ready to chop. Day 66 since flip now

yours went a lot longer than mine did... or I chopped them down too early lol. Your wedding cake is looking insane!

Thanks! if it's low temperature that causes the colouring, I shouldn't have a problem there. I'm hitting 65 degrees at lights out in my basement now.

So hows the smoke? Can we get an update on the current grow?
the gorilla zkittlez smoke amazing! I'm thrilled with the results and flavour. Still has kind of a hint of banana when you take the first couple hits. I'm away from home but will try and take some pics tonight. The plants... I'm not sure about them, I think I have a problem. They're growing fast for being 22 days, but the leaves are droopy and it's not as green as I would have expected. The roots are growing fine and they look good. Got me a little confused. I'll upload some pics as soon as I can.

hahah thanks LG ....Its Day 72 from flip today and they are being chopped in a few hours.

Wedding cake ill let go another day or two i think.
I'll be keeping my eye out. I'm dying to see what your final weight will be.

Here's the pics of the girls at 22 days from seed. They have always been kinda droopy. They're growing really well but they just don't look that healthy to me. I've never grown this strain so it could be genetics I guess. Res temps range between 66-70, my ppm are at 550 and my ph is staying stable around 6.0. They were topped on Sunday.

Im not expecting huge numbers from this run, i didnt veg long at all , so the plants are fairly small compared to past crops.

The purple one you posted in your journal looks fantastic! None of mine looked anything like that. I'll be interested to see what you think of the flavour. Mine had hint of banana, it's been curing for just over three weeks so the green taste is almost gone.

Congratulations on the great flavor of the zskittz !!! That’s awesome!! Your leaves do look droopy and is your stems kinda weak and wilty? What’s your humidity reading? Maybe get a plastic cover over the pebbles to keep the moisture off and away from the leaves until it gets taller. How’s the air circulation? Got fans on? Also some times when the leaves are so big and heavy growing so fast and the short and new main stem isn’t quite strong enough yet to hold her up, possible prop her up with like a chopstick to stabilize her from falling over? But I think she looks really healthy otherwise but go with your instincts.

@ProfessorChaos420 Thanks the roots are really starting to explode now. I've added cannazym to this grow along with the voodoo juice and rapid start. My roots have always been good but seemed to be stained. With the ccannazym they are staying perfectly white.

the stems seem good and strong and it's otherwise growing well. Just those big ass cabbage looking leaves that seem droopy. My humidity is between 45-50 right now and I have three 6" fans running in the tent. One is oscillating over the canopy, one beneath to circulate and another up top blowing on the driver. The plant on the right did tip a bit in the netpot due to the weight of the leaves. The only thing I can think of is my night time temps are less than ideal. I'm getting into the low 60's at night.

I did a big defoliation on Friday night. I know a lot of people completely disagree with defoliation, but I've found it works really well for me. When I let them go without training or defoliating they were out of control. They looked really sad after I cut the leaves and most of the shoots were starved for light. By Sunday evening that had almost fully recovered. The tie downs attached to the netpot worked well, but were difficult to work with. I think something attached to the outer ring of the bucket would be better.

Oh my god they are so cute! Can you bring a space heater in for the baby’s at night? That’s what I do. But I have a small room. Looking fabulous!!
I used paper clips in the past.

Thanks, that's probably not a bad idea. I'll see if I can find a heater on Amazon that wont break the bank, it may have to wait until after christmas if they're too expensive. I don't plan on starting flower until the weekend of the 28th.

Are you using paperclips in your waterfarm? What are you attaching them to?

Yeah I used them on the waterfarm. You can rig em so they tuck under the bucket rim and then chain them together and twist them to your desired tightness. This is my little space heater. It works really well.

I bought this one from amazon, it should be here today. I'm kinda surprised how much power these portable heaters consume.

Just like mine, looks like we're heater buddies!:fire: Don't worry they don't use as much as you think, unless you live in the Arctic..

I'm only planning on running it for 6 hours right now. I was confused by the specs when I bought it. It doesn't list the output in BTU instead saying 700 watts. If it's consuming 700 watts, that's more than all the power than I'm consuming for lights, pumps and fans.

I haven't put it in the tent yet. Couple questions, do you cover the led on the power button with tape or something? And should I have any concerns about it melting the wall of my tent? I'm using a 3x3 gorilla tent.

It won't use 700w constantly, only when the element is heating. It switches on and off to regulate the temperature of the oil depending on where you have the thermostat. I don't need to worry about the light because that panda film above mine acts as a light barrier (at least I think it does)..

My one's in a closet under a false floor so I can't tell whether yours would melt your tent or not. Definitely don't let it touch though. That's cement board above mine so it kind of soaks up the heat and distributes it.
Maybe if you don't have room in the tent but lots outside it, you could close off all your intakes except one, then put the heater outside the tent next to the open intake and put something around it to guide intake air through the fins and into the tent, and/or possibly even have a tiny fan pointed through them at the intake.

Ideally I'd like to keep it in the tent. the room my tent is in is kinda large and I think this little heater would struggle keeping up with the temp. it definitely won't be touching the tent, but it will be close, I'm also a little concerned about it heating up my reservoirs too much. I'll install and monitor it this weekend.
