The nutters in the religion are the danger. It is the same anywhere, you get it? They are just human beings being led by people who think they know better how that person should live their lives. Human beings coming in contact with other human beings by definition "have eyeballs" on them.

Temples should be allowed to have privacy too. As much as I will try to wake people up to the fact that their lives are being manipulated by people pretending they have some special insight (they don't), I also don't want any entity to have too much of a stronghold, and our gun/religious nutters do keep our politicians from overstepping into our lives pretty well.

Here is a fact that you cant deny... The past can never be changed. No matter how bad you feel about it.

In my family, thanksgiving has nothing to do with the past. It is about family coming together, sharing food, and being thankful for everything we have. Giving thanks.. We are happy and full. I enjoy this much more instead of crying.

Another interesting fact, many modern day nations were once non existant or occupied by another culture or race. Thousands of years ago, conquering and pillaging was the way to grow an empire. Do you all shun all those countries or just america?
