What I like best about you is that you are clearly a normal and legitimate accountI don't agree with Mormons and their church is horribly racist (the followers are usually nice people, but brainwashed) for how they exploit their people and steal money from them. But they sounded like a good people trying to do what the corrupt Mexican government wouldn't.

There is no conspiracy other than people screw up and try to hide it, usually because they don't really care enough to worry about how they are affecting others in the process. I would guess they would have adopted the technological advances of the time, had a good look at what Europe was doing, and then got to build up with all of those resources that America was able to use, but at the same time, there is a chance that they would have been more careful raping the landscape in the name of progress having known and appreciated trees/forests.
Never know. How sure are you that Native Americans did that often btw?
Edit: Did you know a lot of our constitution is based on Native American government systems?

It is known that the ancient Egyptians maintained slaves - they not white.
And 4000 years later, the same race employs slaves to this day ... an outfit called ISIS ... they not white.
Slavery was common throughout Africa, with entire tribes becoming enslaved after losing battles. Tribal chieftains often sold their defeated foes to white slave-traders later in the 1800's.
If you're talking about the WW2 Holocaust ... there's many before and after that committed by all colors and races. China is murdering thousands and enslaving millions for religious purposes right now.
American Indians would raid and kill, and take slaves from other tribes.

Animal pelts, which they got from the Native Americans, the only real differences was Europe was able to steal the different technologies form their continent from all of those civilizations and had developed weapons that the Indians could not have a prayer at countering.
