Yea i can believe that ive met a fair few birds over the years like that. Does ya missus get involved with the grow side aswell
No!!! She has nearly killed a few of the early grows feeding the wrong nutes and then not watering them.Yea i can believe that ive met a fair few birds over the years like that. Does ya missus get involved with the grow side aswell
when i was away one time i asked my missus to mix the A and B nutes, i even marked out the mml on the messure cup, and on the 15l water bottle, n she added 30 mml of b then another 30mml of b to 15 litres,No!!! Apologies if I'm going to rub you up the wrong way here, but it's been bugging me for a couple of days (particularly since you judiciously edited my original post).good idea,
i was just thinking about how important it is for me or anyone to learn how to run off a specific variety, male and same female
not just random strains,
then if just 5/6 dudes on here ran off enough stock, anyone could post a bit of content to get a strain or two for free to get going
rather than learning from bag seed
i got a auto WW XXXL out the back, if it gets 1/2 that ill be happy, I've only done around 6ish..or maybe 10 autos (free) and of those only one was good. Didn't pull 4 but it was a nice smoke and got a couple from memory. Fast Buds Blue Dream. All the others would of been culled early if it was a tent grow. Just not worth the real estate.1st auto white widow I done I pulled 4 ounce of 1 plant under 150 watt mars shotty blurple
I Disagree Hugely.Apologies if I'm going to rub you up the wrong way here, but it's been bugging me for a couple of days (particularly since you judiciously edited my original post).
I don't see anything wrong with learning how to grow properly from bag seeds. They're a great learning-tool & can be used to experiment-with before you get stuck into "proper" genetics. I'll draw you a brewing analogy:
I've seen heaps of newbie brewers chuck phenomenal amounts of cash at blingy stainless gear & the "latest", "hottest" piece of kit or ingredients in the hope that it'll make better beer, but they don't understand the fundamentals.
They haven't done their research. They haven't put-in the time in making multiple batches & deciding to chuck them down the drain because they were crap. They just expect to be able to make magnificent beer because they've got good ingredients &/or equipment.
Ingredients/gear are one thing, but understanding how to properly use them BOTH to a successful conclusion is another one altogether.
It all comes down to understanding the fundamentals..........
Edit: I'll step-back off my soap-box now.
Granted I've never put time into them but it's not the yield I suffer they all have tasted like shit in a cone so far for mei got a auto WW XXXL out the back, if it gets 1/2 that ill be happy, I've only done around 6ish..or maybe 10 autos (free) and of those only one was good. But I've seen some massive Auto plants and they are handy as hell for a few spots outside or in an apartment etc.
Knowing you there could of been shit in your cone...Granted I've never put time into them but it's not the yield I suffer they all have tasted like shit in a cone so far for me
Haha you give them one job even go to efforts of marking levels cldn get any more straight to the point an they still FK it up. My girl leaves me alone with all the feedin an other stuff but wanted to help transplant into the ground almost broke me neck tryin turn to watch her every time the plant went up side down but she done well there still kickin35000

ferking came home to dead plants
I had good results with these free tangimatic’si got a auto WW XXXL out the back, if it gets 1/2 that ill be happy, I've only done around 6ish..or maybe 10 autos (free) and of those only one was good. Actually .....Knowing you there could of been shit in your cone...
If they can give birth I'm sure they can transplantHaha you give them one job even go to efforts of marking levels cldn get any more straight to the point an they still FK it up. In defence of all autos I'm going to state that I havnt given any of them my full 100% growing abilityI had good results with these free tangimatic’s
One of my first grows I believe you were like “fucking auto growers” hahahahaha when I first joined. I was going to be like there free seeds but I liked it winding you up
Loved a foxtail though still a decent smoke

This is true but sum shldn be doing either at allIf they can give birth I'm sure they can transplant
I didn’t mind em they were a bit of fun and helped me to get my head around growing weed. I don’t think I’ll bother with em again I’ve still got 2 auto seeds left Sour Diesel haze. There building a house next door atm so the 2 autos will probably be my outdoor grow this year lol. Bit disappointing but don’t want the attention a full greenhouse brings. In defence of all autos I'm going to state that I havnt given any of them my full 100% growing ability
I think im more a chuck the seed in a solo cup come back to it in 66 days type of auto grower lol
Lmfao that’s goldThis is true but sum shldn be doing either at all
The only thing you really learn from shitty genetic is how to deal (or make do) with shitty genetics.Did you not read what I just wrote?
Genetics alone won't give you good results. You have to know what you're doing FIRST.
Could an inexperienced grower get better results from poor genetics than an experienced one?
Give an experienced & inexperienced grower the same seeds. Who's going to produce the better result?
But plant an unknown seed and maybe waste the amount of time growing it only for it to be hermie prone or a 20 plus week finisher. Easy to lose interest in the hobby if what your workin with does not work for you. Decent quality seeds dont have to be expensive and if indoors one of the cheapest part of the grow.Did you not read what I just wrote?

That's the most intelligent thing I've heard you say rezThe only thing you really learn from shitty genetic is how to deal (or make do) with shitty genetics.
To use your brewing anolgy. How do you show a novice what good or great beer is? The answer is you give them a taste and show them The process of making said beer. What your effectively saying is “don’t waste your money on fancy equipment or materials your not good enough to make use of either”.
