Can you use synthetic nutes in living soil?

I don't think anyone said it would sterilize it... but I've read study after study stating that even tho bacteria wasnt as effected but Mycorrhizal was. Organic farmers do their best to keep both happy healthy.

But hey ...what ever works best for you guys
High P suppresses them are what the studies say I read.

If that were the case then why are my plants so much bigger then most outdoor growers on this site? I'm strictly organic....just saying. Proof is in the pudding dude.
What strain do you run, how long are you actually vegging the plant when put out, how many gallons in the pot, same strain every time? So many variables

I'm not going to debate anymore. I said I've tried many many different methods of growing and found one that works for me.
I mean you guys can prove me wrong if you wish next season....throw one outdoors and let's see what happens.

Most say you cant grow the way I grow and I'm killing it and getting better every yr. If you grow like everyone else you will end up with the same results as everyone else... that is why I constantly experiment. Anyways you guys have fun... I'm done here lol
Ya some of these guys on here are just a waste of time. Thankfully RIU provides us with an ignore button, lol. I just feel bad for the newbies who get tricked into thinking they know what they're doing and follow their advice.

I fucking hate those organic warriors that want to save the world in their grow tents, id use greenhouse gasses if it grew bigger bud :-)
Why all the hate? Your ignorance astounds me. Nobody's growing in organic soil to save the planet. Nothing green about growing under electric lighting. I grow in natural soil is because my weed tastes as it should with minimal cost and effort.. No ph-ing or measuring ppms...my plants stay healthy just by watering them. It's about sustainability; I'm not saving anything but money.

To answer the OPs question is more complex. The short answer is yes but it depends upon your end goal. If you don't have access to a water supply other than a city tap and a source of compost then just use bottled nutrients. Nothing wrong with that.
If you don't like the taste of your bud grown with nutes then do some reading and go full organic but ditch the nutrients altogether in that case and instead find a good source of worm castings. Living soil is not hippie bullshit its just basic earth science.
Dissolved salts and chloramine dry out the bodies of the microbes that break down organic materials and make them available to the plant for absorption. That's why people think their soil is depleted after a few months when in fact it is just inactive. It can be made active again by adding compost but it's an uphill battle.
fuck i tip left over rezes old chems on my mulch pile if it would kill living soil it would be a dry patch of shit nopes its a living world of worms bugs and all sorts of shit i grew a cucumber the size of a meter ruler so it must do something
Outdoors everything is washed out by rain. The worms are not affected by nutes and will keep your compost active. Synth nutes are not instant death but they will reduce microbes in numbers and eventually render the soil inactive if not replenished. Live worms can replenish any soil if given organic material to feed on.
