Ever dial in the clutch on it? It grabs fine but isnt disengaging all the way, if you put it in 1st turned off with the clutch all the way in the wheel still locks up a bit - wont start in gear with the clutch in, but goes into gear and drives fine. I got every spare part i need i think but cant fogure it out

Excellent!This is how I’d trouble shoot .
1...Look at the slack adjusters for the cable ,
2...Change the oil
3...Remove clutch cover , check linkage
4...Remove pressure plate n look at your wear plates

I’m trying to convince my buddy to sell me his CR500 they are getting pretty hard to find around here , n when u do find one they think it’s worth more now beat to shit then it was new .Wouldn't have that problem on a cr250
