I have a room full of plants and the other day I discovered thrips on some of them. Any suggestions on how to get rid of them?
Where can I get the spinosad? And will it hurt that they are 4 weeks in flower?Spinosad and Botaniguard ES, foliar and root drench application. Rotate them.
Day 1 - Spinosad
Day 4 - Botaniguard ES
Day 7 - Spinosad
Day 10 - Botaniguard ES
Day 13 - Spinosad
Day 17 - Botaniguard ES
After three applications of Spinosad they should be gone.
Rotating the two products will not only provide better results but it will prevent creating a super bug thats immune to one product.
Hey thanks, do you know where I can get it from, and can I use it 4 weeks in flower?Gotta mix the spinosad fresh every time because it loses effectiveness after 24 hrs.
Amazon sells several spinosad products.Hey thanks, do you know where I can get it from, and can I use it 4 weeks in flower?
Can you get us some pictures of the individual leaves with thrip damage?Cool, thanks. I'm really into trying to keep things as natural as I can.
You will also have tiny black dots on the underside of your leaves. (Yes, it's poop.)Can you get us some pictures of the individual leaves with thrip damage?
I can't make out any damage from thrips on your leaves with the pictures shown above.
Cool, I'll post some pics this evening when they wake up.You will also have tiny black dots on the underside of your leaves. (Yes, it's poop.)
Thrip damage on top looks like your leaves have been strip mined.
If' you've got fungus gnats, spinosad won't help.
Those boards you have your lights hung from, the one on the far right in the picture looks like its barely sitting on the board mounted to the wall. Don't want your light to fall so I thought I would mention that.View attachment 4401325 this is the room I have them in, 7 plants in Coco, I was doing dwc but it gets too hot here, never had any problems before I started in the Coco.
